If you struggle with time or figuring out what the ingredients mean, or even if they are okay to use, then I can help bring clarity and educate you, so you can take back control of what you put into your mouth.

Forest/Nature Mindfulness
Most of us know, being out in nature is good for us, though we might struggle to find the time. Booking in these sessions means, you make space for yourself and you learn how to get the greatest benefits out of nature. Within these sessions we may work on coaching techniques to improve your daily choices, help you navigate any emotional issues you currently face, or help you tune into nature, whilst doing a guided meditation by myself. These sessions are perfect for those wanting to reconnect to nature, recalibrate themselves and get out and about.
